3. SERVICES OFFERED

JACK Handyman LLC provides handyman and related services within Salt Lake City, UT, and surrounding areas. The scope of work for each project will be outlined in individual proposals or contracts.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

  • Payment for services is due as outlined in individual agreements.

  • All invoices are due within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise specified.

  • Late payments may incur a 3.5% interest charge per month on outstanding balances.

  • Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services.

5. QUOTES AND ESTIMATES

  • All quotes provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance.

  • After 30 days, pricing and availability may change without notice.

6. WARRANTIES

JACK Handyman LLC warrants that all work will be free from defects in workmanship for 6 months from the date of completion.

  • This warranty covers labor-related defects only and excludes materials, unless otherwise specified.

  • This warranty does not cover damage from normal wear and tear, improper use, maintenance negligence, or acts of nature.

7. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Clients agree to:

  • Provide necessary information and access to job sites.

  • Ensure the work environment is safe and accessible.

  • Communicate any issues or concerns promptly.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

  • JACK Handyman LLC’s liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services.

  • We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

9. CANCELLATIONS AND TERMINATION

  • Either party may terminate service agreements with 7 days written notice.

  • Clients are responsible for paying for all completed work up to the termination date.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of JACK Handyman LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

  • No content may be copied, distributed, or used without written permission.

11. PRIVACY POLICY
